A DESIGN IS NOT A PLAN
Strangulate and suffocate,
with misplaced faith in faith,
Cuts the air,
to investigation
Overdose, on trust alone,
Nulls and dulls all senses
Quells the will,
The will to action
It curtails, vital circulation.
It might not, just all be OK,
Unless changes are made
We might leave it too late
Time is in our own hands
A design is not a plan
A design is not a plan
Innate trait to feel like a puzzle piece which must fit,
Partially blind to the harsh nature of nature.
Unpredictability, no place at which to sit,
No invite, to dine in the future
It’s perhaps why, we are unsure
I am sure, its all insecure,
This is natures nature
Although many prefer
A more certain future,
And for what that idea stands,
But designs are not plans,
A Design is Not a Plan.
